I help busy moms in their 40s lose 15-30 pounds without extremes
Our bodies change every decade, and for me, the 40s have been the most difficult transition yet. When I entered my forties I started experiencing weight gain, brain fog, constant fatigue along with mood and sleep issues (sound familiar). I started to feel like I was in a fog, and was unable to get my body to respond to diet and exercise the way it used to.
However, I'm the type of person who doesn't let obstacles stand in the way of my goals, so I set out learning everything I could about a woman's body in this phase. What I came away with was a plan that allowed me to reclaim my body and mind, and maintain a healthy weight without extremes. It is now my mission to help other women do the same.
